Compass Travel Ranks Second in England for Passenger Satisfaction in National Survey
Compass Travel has been recognised as one of the top-performing bus operators in England for customer satisfaction, earning second place with 95% overall satisfaction in the 2024 Your Bus Journey survey conducted by independent watchdog Transport Focus.
The nationwide survey, which gathered responses from thousands of passengers across the country, revealed a rise in overall satisfaction with bus services—climbing from 80% in 2023 to 83% in 2024. Among the standout performers, Compass Travel emerged as a clear leader in service quality, reliability, and customer care.
