Brighton & Hove Fare Changes

From Monday 13th April 2026, subsidised fares under Brighton & Hove City Council’s Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) will change on Citybuzz services in Brighton & Hove.

The short hop fare will increase from £1.30 to £1.70.

The medium fare will increase from £2.60 to £2.80.

Additionally, the under 19 unaccompanied off-peak fare of 50p will no longer be available.

The £3.00 national fare cap will remain in place, as will the under 19 free travel (when accompanied by an adult)
